Rentals conditions

- Rental from Saturday to Saturday, from April to October, each started week is due
- Check in after 16.00 and departure before 10.00 imperatively
- In high season, rentals are for a minimum of 14 nights
- A 30% deposit is required upon booking, the rest 30 days before arrival
- A damage deposit by check not cashed will be left at the entrance to the premises and returned upon departure, less damage and missing items
- The final cleaning fee is not included and will be provided by us. It is € 80 for the T2, 100 € for the duplex and 200 € for the villa.
- You will be charged weekly with an extra € 150 for each additional person, 50 € for a baby less than 3 years (umbrella cot and high chair included) and 30 € for a small animal.
- Payments accepted: french check, bank transfer, postal order or cash
